–Our prices are estimates and are subject to change due to your dog’s coat condition, temperament, style of cut, dry time, and location.
– To minimize the risk of ear infections we do not blow-dry your pet’s ears, this protects the ear canal and eardrum.
– We groom and pamper ALL dog breeds, and our services are all-inclusive.
– If your pet is matted, we charge a $15.00-$45.00 extra d-matting fee.
-There is a $25 non refundable booking fee that must be paid per dog at time of booking. This fee will be applied to final grooming bill day of appointment.
-Cancellations must be made before the 24 hr period otherwise the non-refundable deposit will be forfeited and will be charged a same day cancellation fee of $20.
-If failing to cancel before the 24 hour window before appointment and no communication was made to let us know you would not be available for selected appointment time then a $35 no show fee will be charged to credit card on file.
-To make things even more convenient, we offer a Key Box service. Leave your dog in a garage or other secure area, and they’ll receive the same stellar grooming services that we always provide. .
